As stated in previous posts, Brian and I have gotten quite into cooking since our arrival here. So, to aid our efforts, Santa brought me a Le Creuset Dutch oven that is sheer magic and the cookbook, "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" so that Brian and I can keep trying our hands at more savory recipes. This kitchen contraption is officially amazing.
Need I do more to tempt our friends and family to visit us in Britain? :)

Ok, so post to follow needs to include why/how the dutch oven is amazing. What's it do better? I've always just used a big pot instead, however nothing I cook is ever that great, so let the secrets flow...
